Shipping Information

Getting your clubs to you in perfect condition, on time and for a reasonable price is important to us.

Streamlined Process

How long will it take to get my clubs? Our goal is to ship your clubs within 24 to 48 business hours. If there is a delay we will notify you by e-mail and your online account will be noted. Delivery example: a customer orders a set of irons and woods on Tuesday morning. The order is processed on Tuesday afternoon. The order is pulled and phase one assembly is completed on Tuesday afternoon. The second assembly phase is completed on Wednesday morning. The order is packed and shipped on Wednesday afternoon. The customer selected ground delivery and receives the order with-in 7 days after placing the order.

International Shipping

GigaGolf ships our equipment all over the world. We are one of the highest volume international shippers in Florida. We offer the following flat rate shipping options:

Canada

  • Canada FedEx International Express - $29.50 FREE on orders $300+

    • International

  • FedEx International Express - $49.50 FREE on orders $500+

    • International orders may be subject to taxes associated with a country's import laws. These laws are different from country to country. If there is one, the tax is determined by the destination countries customs.

    Golf bags are shipped separately ground only. Due to the high cost of shipping large packages internationally GigaGolf cannot ship golf club bags out of the contiguous US.
