To a small degree, grip size can be used to tailor your ball flight. Smaller grips promote hand action in the swing, which generally results in a left ball flight for right-handed golfers. Larger grips restrict hand action and have the opposite effect on ball flight.
So if you want help with your slice you may want to step down one size from the GigaGolf eFit recommendation. Keep in mind; the grip size effect is slight in comparison to other fitting specifications such as club lie. Also, smaller grip size may help a slice but it will not cure a strong over the top move on your down swing.
